Shipping Policy

• Enjoy free shipping on domestic ground orders over $75 USD or $100 CAD.
• Orders placed after 12 PM EST Monday through Friday, including expedited orders, will be processed on the next business day.
• Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays will be processed the following Monday.
• Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped.
• We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays, and Saturday delivery is not available for expedited shipping.

Return Policy

• Domestic returns are free and qualify for a full refund if postmarked within 15 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be in their original condition. Returns postmarked after 15 days will not be accepted.
• Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

International Orders

• International orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Duties and taxes are prepaid and calculated at checkout.
• Please note, at this time, we do not accept returns on international orders.
